As a follow up to our August meeting and Scott Myers-Lipton’s 2023 Silicon Valley Pain Index presentation, we have invited Pilar Lorenzana, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Kiyomi Yamamoto, Housing Director for the Silicon Valley Community Foundation (SVCF) to talk about their work at SVCF.

SVCF’s mission is building equity and transforming systems to create a Silicon Valley where everyone can thrive. It is the largest charitable organization in Silicon Valley. Pilar and Kiyomi will discuss how their organization is doing this work and making a difference in our community. SVCF was mentioned in the Pain Index Documentary that aired on public television in the spring of this year.
