Mission and Values

Livable Sunnyvale is a coalition of individuals and organizations that are working together toward a more vibrant, inclusive, and people-friendly Sunnyvale. We educate and activate residents and office-holders to secure an environmentally sustainable future with broadly shared prosperity and a high quality of life.

Members of the coalition include Friends of Caltrain, Greenbelt Alliance, Sunnyvale Cool, the Sunnyvale Democratic Club’s Affordable Housing Committee, Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition, SV@Home, Cupertino for All, Sunnyvale Equity in Education(SEE), and Mountain View YIMBY.

We support:

• More homes for people across the income spectrum for a more inclusive society
• Transportation solutions that protect the environment and reduce traffic
• Development of walkable, transit-friendly village centers, with homes, shops, jobs, and green space

Livable Sunnyvale is not associated with “Livable California” in any way.
