Silicon Valley Clean Energy

Have you ever wondered what Silicon Valley Clean Energy is?  Well, wonder no more because our second speaker is, Juliette Pascual, Community Outreach Specialist at Silicon Valley Clean Energy.

She will talk about their business mode,  renewable power portfolio, the positive impact they have made on our planet and programs to help you to be a clean energy consumer.

Juliette Pascual is the Community Outreach Specialist at Silicon Valley Clean Energy. In her role, she focuses on raising awareness of Silicon Valley Clean Energy’s role as the local community clean energy provider and connecting residents with SVCE resources. She does this by building community relationships, promoting the agency through local community events and sponsorships, and supporting youth engagement initiatives.

Instead of our usual general meeting this month, we will be joining the Sunnyvale Democratic Club for a picnic!

The picnic is on July 15th, 12:00 pm, at Ponderosa Park in Sunnyvale.

This will be in-person only and will be a potluck event, so bring some food or drink to share. We will be joined by Livable Sunnyvale and other local organizations.

This is a great opportunity to meet other active members in our community!

When: Saturday, July 15th, 12 noon

Where: Ponderosa Park, Picnic Area 1

Sunnyvale, CA 94086

Note that the park has a small parking lot (entrance is on Iris Ave, in the northwest corner of the park) which is very close to the picnic tables. Otherwise there’s street parking all around the Park.
